Doctors and all staff care about their community and go way beyond the norm to keep you informed and healthy.
Since Catalyst took over my doctor's office, we cannot get in touch with the billing dept. Their phone system is the worst I've ever come across. It times out when you are on hold (12 min) - then asks for a review of how your call went. really ?!?!! I've been owed a refund on my acct since December 2023. Guess it's hanging in limbo somewhere. There's also no more inhouse billing personnel to talk to. I am very disappointed with this company so far. Hope others are having better luck.
Not interested in representing all types of primary care practices. Only interested in large clinics. Director acts like if he is running for political office, more than representing individual practioners. This ACO literally lost my contract for 3 yrs., and the problem was not discovered until I complained about poor support!
DO NOT go here. In my whole life I have never been asked by a Dr. Or a nurse to administer a test to myself while they watch. If you are ok with that then maybe this is the place for you. This is a serious time with Covid-19 and many people are getting sick. I don’t think relying on the patient to hopefully test themselves correctly is professional at all.
